SCOTUS Rules on Health Care: ObamaCare Survives.

On Thursday, June 28, the U.S. Supreme Court released it's long awaited decision on the Affordable Care Act, also known as ObamaCare.  Although just released minutes ago, it appears as if Justice Kennedy sided with President Obama and the entire act is held Constitutional, with the exception of one area dealing with the power of the federal government to terminate State's medicaid funds.  The individual mandate is apparently being upheld as a tax.  More to come once I have an opportunity to read the opinion.
